HF-520 combines a centerline wafer format with a die-cast aluminum alloy body. It is positioned for projects that value lower body weight and compact integration while still requiring service-specific material review.
Aluminum alloy can reduce handling load relative to traditional cast iron and stainless-steel body choices; exact assembled weights must be confirmed by size and configuration.
Bare shaft, handle, worm gear, pneumatic and electric configurations support both local and automated system concepts.
Seat, disc, pressure, temperature, medium and flange requirements are reviewed together before suitability is stated.

Actuation range
Operator selection depends on size, duty, access, utilities, control signal and environmental conditions—not only on a preferred actuator type.

Applications
Share the medium, pressure, temperature and operating conditions so HENO can match the valve materials and configuration to the duty.
Isolation and flow-control duties after pressure, temperature, medium chemistry and seat compatibility are checked.
A lightweight body option for suitable chilled-water and general HVAC circuits.
For equipment and packaged treatment systems handling compatible, non-aggressive media.
Compact wafer installation for compatible pump, utility and packaged-equipment assemblies.
Quality testing
Report WFM202503103 records shell, low-pressure seat and high-pressure seat tests for an HF-520 PN16 DN100 sample under GB/T 13927-2022.
