A complete RFQ helps a valve supplier check compatibility, build the correct configuration and avoid quoting assumptions that later need to be reversed. Use the checklist below for HF-520 or any comparable butterfly valve review.

Body materialIs aluminum alloy acceptable, preferred or excluded by the project specification?
DiscState any required stainless grade, coating or material restriction.
SeatProvide the medium and service temperature; name a seat only when the project requires it.
ShutoffReference the required test standard, leakage class and acceptance criteria rather than using an undefined absolute phrase.
TestingState pressure-test, inspection, witness and certificate requirements.
