Offset butterfly valve range

High-Performance Butterfly Valves

Offset soft-seat and metal-seat configurations for ASME Class 150 and Class 300 projects, available with wafer, lug and flanged body options.

Design intent

Offset geometry separates sealing contact from most of the opening stroke

The offset disc-and-shaft arrangement reduces sealing contact through most of the opening stroke. Replaceable seat construction, an anti-blowout stem detail and direct actuator mounting support industrial isolation and control packages.

  • S
    Soft-seat configurations

RPTFE or PPL seats are available with selected carbon- or stainless-steel body combinations.

  • M
    Metal-seat option

Metal-seat configurations use their own geometry and material set for higher-demand project conditions.

  • A
    Actuation routes

Manual, worm-gear, pneumatic and electric packages are listed, subject to torque and interface review.

Connection & class

Use the project flange standard to narrow the model

The principal configurations cover ASME Class 150 and Class 300.

CLASS 150 / 300

Wafer and lug / single-flange

Compact body configurations are catalog-listed across selected size ranges. Confirm flange compatibility, face-to-face, shaft interface and allowable differential pressure.

CLASS 150 / 300

Double-flange configurations

Flanged configurations have their own size and dimension tables. Request the exact drawing rather than substituting dimensions between model families.
